Another year is here and I'm excited for this year's festivids!
Here is my wishlist of sorts.
1. Coupling (UK) - So I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE this show when I was younger. My friend first introduced to me and we were in hysterics. Then I got my brothers hooked. It brings me happy thoughts. I'd love a vid highlighting some of the silliness and craziness of the show. Seasons (Series, rather) 1 to 3 are my favorite because of Jeff's inclusion and Oliver's exclusion, but I wouldn't mind a few select scenes from S4 if necessary. I also think the song Dropped by Phantom Planet makes for a great silly song!
2. Dead Like Me - I can never, ever get enough vids for this show. Mason is my favorite character, but I also adore absolutely everyone else (and I really do mean that.) Any character studies would be awesome! But so would an ensemble. Basically anything but a shipper George/Mason vid (sorry, I liked Mason/Daisy.)
3. The Fall - this is an astounding movie that will give me FEELS FOREVER. I just love the relationship between Roy and Alexandria and the scenery and cinematography is just gorgeous. I'll love anything with this.
4. The Hollow Crown - I'll admit. I only started watching this for Tom Hiddleston, but I found myself enjoying the story and relationships behind that. I haven't yet watching Henry V (though I definitely will before vids go live). I'd love a vid focusing on Prince Hal and his evolution, but a general overview of the series would be good too.
5. Sleepy Hollow (TV; 2013) - Okay, THIS IS SUCH AN OBSESSION LATELY. I absolutely love this show and its characters so far. I love Ichabod and Abbie's partnership (and just Ichabod and his sass, in general, okay!), I love the supernatural elements, I love the suspense. The 3-week hiatus will kill me. So I'll take ANYTHING with this show. I want it badly. :)
6. Wonderfalls - I haven't rewatched this in years, but I should, because it was so cute! Bryan Fuller is pretty much a TV god. Like DLM, I loved all these characters and ships. I really enjoyed Jaye though and I think The Bird Song by Florence and the Machine would be a good choice to show the interaction between her and the Muses and how they slowly drove her to comical insanity.
7. Much Ado About Nothing (2012) - I really loved this movie for two reasons: (1) the comedy; (2) the main couple and me pretending that Fred and Wesley got their happy ending.
8. The Princess Bride - Such a cute and endearing movie. Anything will do.

Dear Festividder:
As far music is concerned, I will pretty much listen to anything from instrumental to 80s rock to alternative. Some of my favorite musicians include Mumford and Sons, Muse, Florence and the Machine, Astronautalis, and I'm really getting into Marina and the Diamonds. But really, I'm quite random and eclectic. I don't normally listen to rap, hiphop, or pop, but if the song suits your video, by all means, go for it!
And What I'm Requesting:
• Coupling UK [TV]: using the song: "Dropped" by Phantom Planet
I just used to LOVE this show and it’d be great to see a fun ensemble fanvid for it. I was particularly enamored with Series 1 through 3 (aka, when Jeff was around), but I don’t mind footage from Series 4 as long as it doesn’t focus much on Oliver.

I’m still in love with show even after all these years. I really enjoyed Mason/Daisy relationship on the show, but I will take almost anything with this show. Mason character study. George character study. Daisy, Rube, Roxy character study. Ensemble. You get the point. I don't care. I’ll be satisfied with anything as long as it's not a romantic Mason/George vid.
• Wonderfalls [TV]: using "The Bird Song" by Florence and the Machine
Like Dead Like Me, I’ll take whatever, but I always thought the song above would work well in describing how Jaye is guilted into doing so many things all because of the muses.
• The Fall (2006) [Movie]
Surprise me. I love this movie. I’m sure anything will be wonderful.
• The Princess Bride [Movie]
Same as ‘The Fall.’
• Raising Hope [TV]
Something that’s really cute and highlights all the hilariously adorable moments of the show would be great. I’m particularly interested in seeing the dynamic among the Chance family and how they’re always there for one another.
• Shaun of the Dead [Movie]
Serious, scary, or funny, I don’t care. Heck, it can be all three.
• Hot Fuzz [Movie]
Something bromantic would be wonderful, but not necessary.

First off, I wanted to thank you for undergoing the adventure of vidding such old and obscure fandoms. I hope I do not make your life too miserable.
Secondly, I would like to elaborate on some of requests.
As far music is concerned, I will pretty much listen to anything from instrumental to 80s rock to alternative. I don't normally listen to rap, hiphop, or pop, if the song suits your video, by all means, go for it!
• Dead Like Me - I love Daisy/Mason and I never see many pairings for them. It recently dawned on me that Florence and the Machine's Hardest of Hearts really seems to describe their relationship well. If this doesn't work for you, then I will gladly take any DLM vid you have up your sleeve. It was such a brilliant show. I miss it!
• Coupling-UK - A general vid set to Phantom Planet's Dropped. I just want a fun vid for this and this song is so enjoyable. But again. Whatever will do! :D
• Inglourious Basterds-2009 - Awesome movie needs a video. I would prefer something about Shosanna because she is the sh*t to the tenth degree. Hans Landa will do as well though. Heck, any of the characters will do. I would like it, however, to be character-driven rather than action-driven.
• Boy Meets World - This can be a very nostalgic vid, meaning voiceover clips are welcomed. I just wanna relive my childhood. LOL
• Raising Hope - I love the Chance family so much. I'd love to see anything centered around them.
• Wonderfalls - I love any of the ships here, but a general vid would be great. Much in the same vein of the DLM vid. I just miss it!
• Misfits - Nathan/Simon to Prozzak's Strange Disease. I just think it would be cracktastic. Otherwise, I also enjoy Simon/Alisha or an overall general vid.
• My Name Is Earl - Much in the vein of the BMW vid - just make me laugh AND/OR make me reflect with Earl's sweet journey through Karma.

New layout because after last week's episode, you gotta have some Sawyer love and sympathy.
Lyrics are from The Beatles' Across the Universe which I hope to make a Sawyer vid to someday, but there's just so many obstacles facing me when it comes to vidding so I'm kind of laying off that for now. Hopefully, I will be able to resume it one day soon because I have so many freaking ideas and songs!
Let's see, I have finals this week and next. Not too happy about it. A couple of them are take home exams which aren't terrible, I suppose, except that I have to do that, study for in-class exams, and not get distracted at home. It's definitely going to be hard...
