Ah, Out of Gas, most days my favorite episode. :-) Now you'll have to go back to spot some of the fun little things tucked in there, like the three consecutive scenes that start with Mal walking into the engine room, or the Han Solo in Carbonite in the engine room, or how when Zoe points down and say, "No, I mean, what's that?" she's pointing at the spot that Mal's lying in bleeding in the present. And so much more. :-)
As for the score, I don't know where you can get the specific episode's score, but at least some of it is on the Firefly Soundtrack, which is available in stores. Should be in the Soundtracks section, under Firefly - Greg Edmonson. Unless you go to Best Buy, in which case it's Firefly - Greg Demonson. Heh.
As for Robin Hood: Men in Tights, it's funny, but it can't hold a candle to Blazing Saddles. :-)
